A New Take on an Old Recipe
I must make fresh tomato & basil pasta sauce at least twice a month during the summer when I have tomatoes & basil in abundance. I sprinkle lots of fresh romano cheese on top.
A friend recently shared a variation of this with brie cheese added in and it got me thinking about ways to change it up a bit. So this morning I made the sauce, but this time added chunks of feta cheese.
Let's just say, "YUMMY!"
