Been trying my hand at from scratch bread, and this yrs Christmas gifts to our families will be homemade. We too try to use up all our left overs and not eat out as much! Thank oyu Terri for the idea's I really appreciate them! I also will be praying God will abundantly Bless your household!! God always provides for our needs...we just have to be creative with it! :)

Blessings!
~NadineNadinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09975125019581254008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6199834575705009097.post-64409360022035789922010-12-07T18:18:05.176-05:002010-12-07T18:18:05.176-05:00You are truly a good steward of your family's ...You are truly a good steward of your family's resources! I try to do similar measures.

I've started making all my own bread because $5 a loaf is obscene. I also plan meals during the week to use up leftovers. We also have only one large animal protein (bought on sale) meal a week, and the rest covers all meals for the rest of the week. This week was a meatloaf. It will turn into sandwiches, stuffed peppers and pasta sauce later in the week.

Keep it up, Terri - you are an inspiring woman!
