Monday Afternoon

Yesterday was a down sort of day. Mondays tend to be like that after the busyness of Sunday but I didn't feel well at all either. So after school was over, I sent the kids outside and I went myself to try and get some fresh air. It didn't help me feel better but the kids enjoyed themselves.

I realize that I've had a lot of outdoor pictures lately. To be honest, we are developing cabin fever so we are living outdoors as much as possible.

Buds on the magnolia tree. A sure sign of spring.

I have lived here for 4 years and had no idea at the top of the woods I would come upon this! I've never gone all the way to the top. Beautiful views.

Later on Emily played chess with Dan.

Overall, it was a quiet day. I still have a major headache this morning so I'm hoping today goes better.

  2. Hey Terri! I hope you feel better today. I love that picture of daddy and daughter playing chess. Jacob and George love to play checkers and Jacob is getting really good and has beat his daddy a few times! LOL

  3. Thank you Michelle. Dan is so good with the children. He is always playing games and spending time with them. It's definitely a blessing!

  4. Terri, I hope you are feeling better today! Fresh air is always good for you and the exercise is too even if it doesn't take away the headache.

Thanks for visiting my blog--I left a comment there for you but forgot to put your name on it and then had to leave another one to let you know that it was for you. I'm still learning the ropes.

I kind of feel like a dope--I was going to say Nerd but that doesn't really apply because Nerds usually know all the ins and outs of computers--so I guess dope will have to do!

I always enjoy your scenery pictures so don't stop using them and of course, I'm partial to the kids pictures! Love Mom

  5. Don't get discouraged, Mom. It takes time to learn it.
