Wednesday Words of Encouragement

I thought today that I would let God's word speak for itself, along with some of my photography.  Sometimes, less words are better! :-)

Psalm 121 (HCSB) ~

I lift my eyes toward the mountains.
Where will my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

He will not allow your foot to slip;
your Protector will not slumber.
Indeed, the Protector of Israel
does not slumber or sleep.

The Lord protects you;
the Lord is a shelter right by your side.
The sun will not strike you by day
or the moon by night.

The Lord will protect you from all harm;
He will protect your life.
The Lord will protect your coming and going
both now and forever.

  1. Dear Terri, Wow! Praise the LORD for those wonderful, encouraging Bible verses and your photography is a "feast" for the eyes of HIS gorgeous world. Joy & blessings to you and your family this day!

  2. This is a very special psalm in our lives, Terri. So many times have I read it to my husband, when he was in hospital after a stroke some years ago. Now it is the psalm that we stand on through thick and thin.
