Weight Watchers

Today is my weigh in day for Weight Watchers. I had a pretty good week though I didn't get in as much exercise as I should. It was such a busy, rainy week. I'll have to be more diligent.

I got on the scale this morning and lost 2 lbs. for a grand total of.......

10 lbs.!

That's not too bad for only 3 weeks. I feel like I still have so far to go but I'm happy with what I've done to date.

I'll keep you posted next Sunday.

  3. Terri, congratulations! I hope this encourages you to stick with it. My daughter has been doing WW for a while now and has hit a loss of 22 pounds...she's almost reached her 10%! (Yes, she's a big girl--with dreams of being a police officer, so she needs to lose the weight.)
She looks amazing, as I'm sure you do, too! She's very concientious about her 'points' and told me, "if I'd known it was going to be this easy, I would have done it years ago!" I can even see a change in her personality as she grows healthier.
    Keep going, you're doing great!
BTW--did I say 'thanks' for the nice comment about my blouse? Well...'thanks'!

  6. Congrats Terri! Great job.

I need to get back on the exercising this week. It has been a while since I have walked and broke a sweat. I have been walking with the kids, but not really exercising.

Can't wait to see pictures of your smaller self!

  7. Hi Phoebe, I find it very easy to follow. I'm only doing the online program and I'm following the points system. The neat thing is that you can enter in one of your recipes and how many servings and it will calculate the points for you.
