My mother-in-law's graveside service was yesterday afternoon and as I reflected on it afterwards, it seemed to perfectly suit who she was. Her entire life centered around her family and each of the children, their spouses, and then any of the grandchildren who were comfortable doing so, got up and said a few words about how they impacted their life. Her youngest son and my son played songs they wrote. We sang one of her favorite hymns. It was a sweet time. The words used to describe her were joy-filled, patient, and kind. Hi Terri,
ReplyDeleteI don't think anyone continues to loose week after week without having a week every so often when they don't loose or gain. I think your body is just readjusting at this point. This is the point when people get disappointed and usually quit. Don't get discouraged (I'm not saying you are) but just take it in stride and keep on with the plan. Your doing great!
I had the same kind of week. No losses nor gains and inches remain the same. I'm at 21 lbs. now and 17".
Also today because it was homecoming I endulged and had some desserts but find I can't eat very much because I get full.
So tomorrow it's back on with the plan and hope for a lb. or two loss this week. :)
Love,
Mom
Terri,
ReplyDeleteYou still inspire me! I hope I will be able to say the same one day soon. I have started strength training program at home. I am looking for a good cardio healthy natural cookbook.
You are doing great!
Miriam :)
