On Thursday afternoon, just as Dan and I were getting ready to leave for a meeting, we received a phone call from our son. He was sitting on the side of the road with a blown engine in his car. The problem is he lives 3 1/2 hours away. After back and forth phone calls he called a tow truck and got it towed to a garage. He ended up renting a car and headed here for the holiday. Hi Terri,
ReplyDeleteI don't think anyone continues to loose week after week without having a week every so often when they don't loose or gain. I think your body is just readjusting at this point. This is the point when people get disappointed and usually quit. Don't get discouraged (I'm not saying you are) but just take it in stride and keep on with the plan. Your doing great!
I had the same kind of week. No losses nor gains and inches remain the same. I'm at 21 lbs. now and 17".
Also today because it was homecoming I endulged and had some desserts but find I can't eat very much because I get full.
So tomorrow it's back on with the plan and hope for a lb. or two loss this week. :)
Love,
Mom
Terri,
ReplyDeleteYou still inspire me! I hope I will be able to say the same one day soon. I have started strength training program at home. I am looking for a good cardio healthy natural cookbook.
You are doing great!
Miriam :)
