Thankful Thursday
Psalm 103:13-18 ~
As a father has compassion on his children,
so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him;
for he knows how we are formed,
he remembers that we are dust.
As for man, his days are like grass,
he flourishes like a flower of the field;
the wind blows over it and it is gone,
and its place remembers it no more.
But from everlasting to everlasting
the LORD's love is with those who fear him,
and his righteousness with their children's children-
with those who keep his covenant
and remember to obey his precepts.
Thanking God for the following things today:
♫ Absolutely gorgeous weather since Saturday that is a welcome relief from the gray, dreary winter.
♫ Nathan was able to go and look at the Career & Technical Institute yesterday. There are only two programs available to Nathan because of his disabilities: auto mechanics and food service basics. He has no interest in auto at all and does like to cook. The teacher was wonderful and the class is small, with no more than eight students. This will be where he will go for half of his school day next year.
♫ The Lord keeps putting Dan & I with the right people at the right time to learn more about autism.
♫ God continues to provide for our financial needs.
♫ All three children love school. They are doing well and making good choices and choosing good friends.
What are you thankful for today?
Terri, so much to be thankful for!
