Crafty Creations

It is my mother's birthday tomorrow and I made her a table runner. I had to wait to post it until I knew she got it. She let me know it arrived in the mail yesterday.

I love the colors in this.

I love making the table runners because they are relatively quick to make. I've been trying to use up my stash so sometimes it's a challenge to find colors that go together well, but I think these complimented each other.

What have you been crafting lately?

  1. I love the colors and the sunflower fabric. I think I might even have a piece of it in my stash myself.
I have not been crafting much recently, it is soooo hot. I am working on some gifts and Christmas ornaments for a swap.

  8. Terri, I love the table runner. I
want to start another quilt. I made my first one and finished it in July. But I got side-tracked
quilting tops for pillows. I have had the pieces a long time. The ones I am working on now is safari scenes. I thought my grandsons would like them. But their Moms saw them and wanted one for their living room. You never know.! I was doing them for Christmas. I have four done. When I get them done I will post them.
Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday. I needed the encouragement.

  10. I really, really love the fabric in this Terri! I love sunflowers so much. My dd wants me to make her a table runner and already has the fabric that she used to cover the kitchen chairs. She just needs to remember to bring it to me! I also want to make myself one. I am thinking of making it from fall colors.

  11. Oh, my gosh, it's gorgeous! I love the colors, too!
Hey, thanks for stopping by. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who has vegetables that rot before I get a chance to use them. I wish the farmstand were within walking distance--I'd only buy what I needed each day, LOL!
