Weight Watchers

I had another good week at Weight Watchers. In one way it helps to keep busy because I don't think about food, though I have a tendency to just grab something quick to eat and it isn't always the right choice.

I got on the scale this morning and I dropped another 2 lbs. for a total of....................

17 lbs.

I've also losted inches everywhere and my clothes fit so much better. I certainly feel good and want to keep going. I'll keep you posted next Sunday!

  8. Thank you Tina & Sharon. I appreciate the encouragement and excitement. :-)

Michelle, I'm so sorry you are feeling so ill. You've really had a rough time the past couple of days. :-(

Lynn, I haven't gotten much packing done but things are progressing very well. I hung curtains today and Dan did bring over a load of books and unpacked them all.

Thank you to the rest of you too! I feel so good and it's nice because others are starting to notice that I'm losing. Not that it matters, but I'm working hard and it's nice when others can see the results.
